if it's a minimal house track you speak of, it's likely Chicago by Henrik Schwarz, which came out last fall (?) on Mood Music. I don't know where the original sample is from, but I remember hearing the song (which is a jazz funk JAM) on a rushhour mix, so maybe some one else on the list knows..?

The original track is 'Chicago' by Roy Ayers, from his 1983 'Lots Of Love' LP. Global Communication sampled it for 'Chicago Chicago' on Universal Language. And Henrik Schwarz sampled it for the imaginatively-titled 'Chicago' on Mood Music... 'Anfield Rap' lyrics are not necessary :) Cheers,
