there is a long process the internet engineering task force (ietf.org)
is involved in re: unicode/localized domain names.. underscores are
still illegal for domain names..while you might be able to register
one containing an underscore, it will probably be wasted money :-\

www.detroit_techno.com
www.detroit_techno.org
www.detroit_techno.net
although the rest are taken, including those with detroit-techno (hyphens
being more normal than the underscore character).

RFC, but I think some stupid registrars might allow it now,
