Hi, I'm about to start on https://pagure.io/389-ds-base/issue/49218
In order to reduce duplicate work, I want to start working on the slapi-plugin v4 api. This would be "team only" initially for 1.3.x (IE we won't support you if you roll your own plugins yet), but would be supported on 1.4.x, with the intent to move all plugins to use this api. The main driver of this change is: http://www.port389.org/docs/389ds/design/transactional-operations.html http://www.port389.org/docs/389ds/design/plugin-v4.html If there are no objections, I will create the new certmap plugin interface as a plugin-v4 implementation.
