People needing to map/rewrite/transform
Ok, so Thierry's solution is useful to make using rewriters simpler, but
I really want to have its use and interface documented somewhere
outside the code, PR, or design doc on the 389ds wiki - it needs to go
to the official doc eg plugin guide.
