Regarding the web server, if you’re just serving static content, then having your ISP host is usually fine. If you have a website front end that integrates with 4D then you can continue to use MacOS to serve your site. All that Apple is doing is unbundling some third-party applications,

Since you have domain registered with GoDaddy, I would let them host your email DNS and web site. I would not use my ISP. I have an Asus router from which you can implement VPN I think it is pretty good. You might lookj into TunnelBlick as connection can’t be made without you creating file
