Randy,
I encountered the same problem but then remembered 4D's caveat about
widgets... they only will initialize properly on pages 0 and 1. This is

I have this setup (WPArea and palette subform) displayed on pages other than
page 1 of forms using a subform. It’s not straight-forward though.
