Hi Jim,
I’m testing both under the same account.
Double-clicking works while running under Service does not.
FWIW, under the same account, running under service and direct app works for
v13 apps.

I tested with a recent nightly build (17.226877)
I have [Table_1] but as I type [xx:1] and hit enter, it tokenises as [Table_1]
same with [:1]
so even though the main place I'd expect tokens to work
is in the context of 4D tags and formula of form objects,
it seems to work in the code editor

Re. "Open form clicking column 1 seeing column 4 column 5 etc" — does that
mean that the hList will add a row that reveals an empty row for columns 1
- 3 but shows the data from columns 4 and 5?
I just checked the docs for hier list boxes and a hier LB looks a lot like
how it's done in
Hi all,
I have for the most part figured out how to use this feature, but am not
sure I can do what I want
I want the following look
Line 1 of
list box has 3 columns
When opened oit loks like this
Colmn 1 Column 2 Column3
I want to be able to create hierarchy that looks like this
Colmn 1
Could it be that the account that the service is running under doesn't have
network privileges?
Try setting the service to run under the Administrator account or the one
that works when you double-click the server exe.

I thought you were saying that these characters were not allowed as of v16 R4
even without enabling the new feature. I’m just hoping that 4D will never
require us to enable the new feature or, if they do, that they give us plenty
of advance notice. It’s not trivial to make changes like this to
Hi JPR,
Thanks for your comments.
- On each crash report, it is a different thread. Twice it was similar
to what I'll post at the end of this message (ServerNet select I/O
handler).
Once it was the LabProjects List, but there is nothing unique about
that list of records.
- Range checking is on

Hi Miyako,
to be clearer, this is screen capture of method editor (supposing it's a
similar mechanism to the interpreter):
Hi Tim,
I did not get your first response from the list. No matter as I can read it
cited under Richard's response, but I wonder about that gap??
