you can dynamically set the display format for the column
so yu can use "HH:MM:SS" (or some varianet that you want.
I do not have the code in front of me, but something like
Column set format(column_pointer->;format)

time columns are supported from 4D v19. As a workaround you can just display
the time as a String: e. g. String(Time(This.myTime))
