Now that we are diving head first into c_objects and whatever more that brings 
to 4D, we must join the rest of the programming world and work with zero based 
collections such as C_COLLECTION.

I work in many other languages so do not have any problem handling zero based 
collections, but am contemplating ignoring the zero element when working in 4D 
or perhaps using it the same way 4D does with arrays. I am thinking of going 
this way if only to be consistent in approach when working in 4D. If I am 
working in SQL or Xojo or whatever, I can switch my mind to zero based. When in 
4D switch to one based. I think it makes it easier to make the approach 
consistent within each environment.

Any thoughts.
