once in
File > Open > Form
and again in
Method > Goto Line
when you are using the method editor.
similar situation with
File > Open > Method
and
Method > Open Definition
both of which are command + K.

Robert, I agree with Miyako - it's the execute on server attribute. The
problem is IP vars are specific to the machine so you really don't want to
use them in EOS methods unless you know what you're doing. (by that I mean
you intentionally want to use the contents of the IP var on the server -
not
Cmd-L is defined as goto line and to open the explorer by default, and by
default (on a new install of 4D) the goto line number always wins. I always
clear cmd-L from goto line number when I reinstall 4D.
