I have a form which displays a listbox and is published from a component.
The listbox is configured to allow rows to be dragged and the On begin drag
over form event is enabled.
I have this form placed in a subform of the host db. Everything is working

In this case, I just need to make sure that a specific plugin, that my
component is using, is available.
I am/can reasonably assume that if I can not find the plugin in the plugin
folder it is not installed.
But... since you point out the plugin could be
PLUGIN LIST returns the list of plugins that are actually loaded (as opposed to
simply detected).
For historic reasons, "4D Quick", "4D Chart", "DDE Tools", etc. are also
included in the list,
although they are actually integrated into 4D (chart was divorced in v13).
