LIST USER FORMS does not work on 4D Server anymore

So, LIST USER FORMS used to work fine in 4D Server V12, but does not work anymore on 4D V16 and up. Now, if you execute that command on 4D Server you get a runtime error saying “Command cannot be executed on Server”! Beware, because that is not documented on 4D site. No mention there about that

Hi Dougie This is in fact what we do at the moment. (In fact it’s so simple I just use the 4D “Request” function to capture the barcode). The only thing that would make a marked improvement while not complicating things too much would be for the capture to auto-enter itself after the scan

Hi Ullst, Thanks for your mail. The service is run-in under the administrator account with full privileges. You are right that the default Windows service path only lays out the path to the 4D Server app and the structure files, NOT the data files that is sitting on a separate repository.
