Most reported a delay of a couple seconds, but I’ve experienced delays of 5+ seconds with El Capitan, with property list scrolling delays of a few seconds as well. Wonder if that problem has been fixed in a hotfix or nightly build? One thing that helps: Close the Properties list. Not much help, but it might help when you just need to move things around.
