Kirk,
Turn off 4D's web server in the settings of MSC and start the webserver
programmatically and the folder will not be created.
Like this...
WEB SET OPTION(Web Port ID;80)
WEB SET OPTION(Web HTTPS port ID;443)
WEB SET ROOT FOLDER("MyWebFolderPathHere";Is text))
WEB START SERVER
