I can try to start 2 processes each with a different devno=X parameter for the --device option. As i do not have 2 GPUs i cannot test this right now. The binaries will not function properly (they still contain a known bug relating to multi-GPU), but the svn version might just work. Also, write to different output files and run in different directories (because of the signaling fifo). I know it sucks and i would like to add proper support, but i need to buy some new hardware first.
