I have put SpareMiNT RPM packages from abcm2ps-3.7.20 (last stable release) for Atari FreeMiNT here:

An abc syntax highlight file (abc.syn) for the Atari editor QED can also be downloaded from this location.
The newer abcm2ps-4.x development versions can be found at http://sparemint.atariforge.net as usual.
