No, it has not been removed, you should find it when you scroll down the
page
The help packs are also nice as screen readers usually voice the help tips
automatically when moving through controls and menu options. I hope TDF didn't
eliminate them. I suppose they could include them with the installer and allow
it to be enabled/disabled as a user option.

Yes, i noticed that too! The help-packs are really good when
translated into other languages but if you use English ones normally
then you are better off using the full published guides, which you can
download for free from;

For kicks, I fired up JAWS 15.0.7023, the latest build, and tested it with
Calc. With JAB enabled, I receive absolutely no feedback as I navigate through
cells. Could someone confirm this who has JAWS 15?

I just tried using Calc 4.2.1 with Window-eyes 8.4. The extra "editable"
verbiage does not occur with Window-eyes. It simply reads the cell data, if
any, and the cell coordinates as it should. If I type data into a cell and use
an arrow key to move to the next cell, it does read extra verbiag
