In general, Bugzilla ( https://bugs.documentfoundation.org/ ) is the ideal place to report such issues. If it's related to the accessibility check, setting the "Blocks" field of a reported bug to "154929" (i.e. the accessibility check meta bug https://bugs.documentfoundation.org/show_bug.cgi?id=154929 ) will make sure that those people subscribed to that meta bug become aware. If i set a color with large-scale text (14pt bold and more or 18pt and more Normal) contrast ratio is 3:1 instead of 4,5:1 applied.
