Re: [libreoffice-accessibility] Column headers in Calc
Brian I initially tried the NVDA approach with NVDA+shift+c, but this merely inserts the letter "c" in the column. This is a spreadsheet shared between my wife and I on Google Drive. She then converted it to a table, using MS Excel, but despite having the relevant options enabled under NVDA document settings, the column headers are not announced my end, using Calc. The obvious next step would be to go the route of setting the headers in Excel itself, which hopefully will do the trick. I'm really not certain if the NVDA-based technique for designation in Excel will work, the analogous method of denoting header rows/columns in the spreadsheet itself will work, or neither works with Calc. -- To unsubscribe e-mail to: [email protected] Problems? https://www.libreoffice.org/get-help/mailing-lists/how-to-unsubscribe/ Posting guidelines + more: https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/Netiquette List archive: https://listarchives.libreoffice.org/global/accessibility/ Privacy Policy: https://www.documentfoundation.org/privacy

[libreoffice-accessibility] Column headers in Calc
Hi Folks I've recently moved to Libra. Is there a way to have column headers spoken while navigating as can be done with Excel? I'm using NVDA. Thanks Jacques -- To unsubscribe e-mail to: [email protected] Problems? https://www.libreoffice.org/get-help/mailing-lists/how-to-unsubscribe/ Posting guidelines + more: https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/Netiquette List archive: https://listarchives.libreoffice.org/global/accessibility/ Privacy Policy: https://www.documentfoundation.org/privacy
