Hello all,
It appears that my GMail account has been hacked. I see messages sent to
this account which indicate that I have been hired by an IT firm in
Bangalore. I see messages inviting me to team meetings and asking me to
process resumes. Strangely though, the password still remains the same.

i suggest, you should get in there to your account, change your security
questions, change the alternative email ID, of course password. am sure,
all of it would be taken care of. as regards the other things such as,
emails inviting you to other team meetings so on, you might just

I noticed a similar thing in my Gmail account, which I use quite
frequently. There were very strange mail delivery notifications and
responses to mails which I haven't on my own. This had started about a
week or so back, when I wasn't actively checking and deleting messages.

infected file and if couldn't repair then will move it.
delete will simply delet the infected file.
move to chess will move infected file to a folder of avast from where

reply. If you change the password, that will not stop these messages from
infiltrating your inbox. To put it more correctly, no one has your password
or have access to your inbox, its just spammers sending you messages
