Please follow the following procedure to create and navigate between book marks.
Creating and using book marks in word2007
To create “book mark”:
Point the curser position to the place where you want to create a “book mark”.
Press “alt” + “n” Followed by “k” to activate “book mark”
I don't use either but I use E71 which also has QWERTY keyboard. It
will be difficult for first few days to get used to tiny key pad but
then it is fine. Alternatevely, I think there would be pocket size
external keyboards.
