There is no way i know of to reduce the bandwidth used from within
skype itself. However, there are 3rd party programs that allow you to
do this indivisually for applications. Look for a program called
Netlimiter for windows; if you are using linux, you should be able
to configure this
In one of my previous mails, I enquired the process of saving such radio
links as one file. It is still unanswered.
