OTP is the best solution in this context.
Let users enter their registered number to get OTP. Else, based on user ID
system can send OTP to the associated number with the entered user ID.
Second solution needs some backend work although.

I feel that, the audio capture is not the correct solution, instead the
audio capture, they may go for puzzle based capcha's.
the above mentioned solution will be benefited by visually impaired and deff
blind people as well!

do you all think that audio captcha is the solution? what about the google
recaptcha in which the audio is not at all understandable. you can check
this recaptcha on indane.co.in login portal. why don't we fight for OTP or
text based captcha?
