The draft national Education Policy which was published in the ministry's website mentioned that Mr. Arman Ali of NCPEDP was consulted during the drafting process. There were many national level disability groups who wrote in detail when the draft was published - I have seen at least 4 different

I don’t think there was any disabled person on any committee. However the sector sent in its representations in detail. Some have been taken up while others ignored. In what we have succeeded we need to now work on regulations, guidelines etc. In what has not been included we can keep striving
