Hi, UPI is strictly a mobile-device payment method. The pre-requisite is that the SIM of registered mobile number with the Bank should be in the same device on which the UPI app is installed. You can use any UPI app such as bank's own app or third-party UPI app like PhonePe or GPay or Amazon Pay.
