The disability certificate issued by civil sergen of any district of
India is valid any where in India. People who demand certificate from
JJ hospital or Sasun hospital in Pune are unawared of this fact. But
now a days gov of Maharashtra has recalled all the old disability
certificates
I am also residing in Mumbai since 15 years. Wherever I was asked to
produce blindness certificate, I submitted the certificate which was issued
