The Same case here with me, too. Before delivery, he also promised me that I will get quad core phone with 4.2 JB update with all necessary apps/accessibility. Once I get the phone, I have to just switch on my phone and I can start using it straight away. But it was nothing like that. He delivered my phone on 2nd April, but with 4.1 JB and without MMC. Regarding not having JB update and MMC, he didn't tell me before/after delivery. When I came to know through other source on the same date (the phone delivery date), I myself contacted him to confirm that. He confirmed the same and said that as soon as he received the phone from NXG, he delivered the phone immediately without opening it. He assured me that he will deliver the MMC with all necessary updates within 2 days. But he didn't.
Another shocking incident is, he delivered dual core phone instead of quad core. This also he didn't tell me upfront. I was under impression that I got the quad core phone. But when I came to know through his mail recently, I got shocked. Before that, he was always telling me that I made a good decision to get quad core phone because the next version of android will run only in quad core phone. This means he was assuring me that I got the quad core phone only. Finally, he came to my home on last Saturday (13th April), and started giving excuses. Also he was talking about appreciation from Freedom Scientific. I told him that I don't have any interest in it and ask him to replace the phone. Since it was dual core phone, therefore, no need to update the phone using my 3G sym. He took the phone and promised me that he will update me on Monday (15th April). Before leaving the house, I asked him to send a confirmation sms to me regarding taking my phone. He sent the sms and confirmed the same. Now, today is 17th April, but no communication from his side. I myself only contacting him till date regarding the quad core delivery. The phone is also with him and the money is also with him. This happened with 2 other person (excluding me) as well. Yesterday, I finally told him that till Friday (19th April), if I won't receive my phone, you are liable to refund my money. In this context, Kiran, I have following question to you. 1. how can company (NXG) can provide the phone without MMC? 2. Why you delivered the dual core phone instead of quad core despite confirming the same? 3. Why you didn't inform me (while shifting the phone) that you are delivering dual core phone without JB update and MMC? 4. Do I need to depend on other source still or will you communicate me from your end? 5. in yesterday's mail, you stated that you will accept the cancelation order till 19th of April. Means, I should wait till 18th April to get the phone or else I can cancel the order on 19th April. Right? Clarification is needed.
