Dear friends, When I go through my folders using the arrow keys in my D drive I get stuck in between and it says your D drive is not responding. It also says that remote procedure failed. I formatted D drive and I scanned for virous in C drive it is still happening. I restored the system and it is still happening. What should I Do? I am using Windows 7,JAWS 12 and Kaspersky demo version. Can it happen due to the demo version of Kaspersky? Hope that you all can help me in this.
