[AI] Another doubt in outlook!

Hi, I receive my ICICI bank statement by Email as an attachment. When I open the mail, the attachment does not show. A sighted user can enable a link and open the attachment. How can I using Jaws open the attachment? Any help would be welcome. Regards, George CEO Score Foundation 17/107,
