a) NPS is not backed by sovereign guarantee of Government of India.
The scheme is being regulated by PFRDA which is a statutory body.
However, the funds are being managed by pension fund managers (both
public sector and private sector PFMs)

amount will fetch you fixed return. NPS has government backing. You
can transfer your NPS account if you change your job. Please google

Can anybody furnish the details related to the same.
Is there any separate or flexible or accessible platform or scheme for
VI persons which yield better returns with minimum risks.
