the name of the voice recorder which i am using is sony i c recorder
and model name is " ICD UX 200 f".
it is not a talking device but still its very easy to use because it
has beep facility. i have been using it for 2yrs and that too without
any assistance.

I think its not necessary to have a talking voice recorder, once we
used to it we can easely handle it. But please share the modle number
of ur device.
