Hi group, As some of you know, I have made X posts criticising Samsung about they not giving proper support to us Indian visually impaired. I also reported bug that Talkback stops speaking in between reading a long paragraph. Today, I received a call from them. They said that I had to visit a Samsung center near me, for them to check my phone. Only then, can they proceed. The executive who called was not ready to listen to my other feedbacks like training employees about Samsung Talkback especially in India and any feature request. Thing is, the bug is there but, visiting a customer care centre feels too much for such a bug. I am still on android 13 and so I haven't faced the new bugs that android 14 users are complaining about. I just wanted to take an initiative and also be an advocate for better experience for all of us. I want your opinion, is this the right approach? Also, I don't know how will those centre employees treat Talkback related issues because of their lack of awareness. Secondly, I am noticing that today there is something wrong with my X account. Very few of my notifications and posts are visible. I am not able to reply or repost as well. Has anyone faced this issue?
