I am looking for softwares which can convert big PDF files to word.
Fine Reader and Open Book have not been helpful. The files contain
300-500 pages. None of the PDF splitters that I have come across are
working well. Can anyone suggest something

I am using ABBY find reader 10... corporate verson and it beautifully
convert even 900 odd pages pdf files. However, conversion rate and
time depnds on PDF type and our machine speed respectively.

What version of Finereader are you using? I have converted some fairly large
files without any problems. You could always try Abbyy PDF transformer. Send
me one of the large files privately and I would be happy to see what I can
do.
