the person i called an idiot, was a non-disabled who hid those weapons
under a plaster, and presented a false doctor's certificate. i dont
understand y i am wrong in calling him so.

giving them the benefit of the doubt, there's no way for them to know

An year ago, I travelled from Chennai to Goa in Jet Air ways. Since I
was with my friend, I didn't inform anyone about my disability. But
the staff in the flight noticed my visual impairment. They confirmed
my disability and informed me about the precautions to be taken in
case of emergency.

I am surprised about lack of sensitivity at heathrow. In my opinion, the
security staff at heathrow are the most polite and sensitive about disability.
Of course my observations are purely from a visual impairment perspective. But
this also emphasizes the need for regular refresh of training
