What does a division represent in an HTML page?
In some pages, a couple of divisions are shown are shown twice in the Divisions
list - Insert + Ctrl + Z. What would be the reason behind this?

Hi, division are the replacement of frame tag. The w3c guidelines
suggests that frames are little inaccessible to assistite products.
Don't know much about how and why it is so.
