On NVDA the screen curtain can be set from the vision settings.
Microsoft thrashed the feature requests regarding a built in screen curtain.

hi turab, its a latest JAWS feature to hide the screen, you can prress
insert + space + f11 to turn on the screen curten and vice versa. this
feature has introduced from jaws -2020 onwords.
