Hi Ruchi,
Windows movie maker is accessible. You can navigate the menus. It splits a
movie into its constituent frames which you can export. I have not tried
recording a movie but that should be accessible going by the rest of the
program. Actual editing is tricky because you need to see what sc
movie maker is much accessible to jaws.
