I restarted Firefox with add-ons disabled, and I was able to load the page!
I use Windows 7 Ultimate 32 bit with NVDA 2014.3
I tried with Internet Explorer 9, but was unsuccessful, I will
investigate into that as well, but I can't upgrade to Internet
Explorer 11 because it has poor Math ML
system restore does not affect your personal documents such as pictures,
videos, music etc. it only make changes into your Windows system files,
programs, and registry settings. It can also make changes to scripts, batch
files, and other types of executable files created under any user account

what's the problem? I found nothing wrong in Firefox while loading the
above page. I therefore assume that the web content also does not have any
discrepancy. Please try resetting your Firefox to its default condition to
see if you can improve the experience.
