actions.
Letter follows,
To

This Institution proposes to provide internship services for the
trained physiotherapists from the Institution of Andaman Nicobar
Multiple Rehabilitation Center. A certificate in this regard will be
issued after the completion of the said period. Wide exposure for the
said work during the above period shall be provided to the candidates.
The above internship does not bind the Organization  to give them job
after the said period. The qualitative services, the submissiveness
and dedication to the work shall invite the committee to decide on the
matter for observing the individuals.

1.      The to and fro journey with the concession in railways in IInd
class shall be borne by the Organization on the production of tickets
availed by them and minimum ship fare ticket will also be borne by the
Institution.
 Boarding and lodging shall be at the expense of the Institution.
2.       The candidates will have the CBR and field visits for which the
travel fare, the boarding and lodging will be borne by the
Institution.
3.       Any type of misconducts or any conversations against the
Institution will be
viewed seriously.
4.       No mobile phones are allowed to use in the office hours in the
office premises except for the field staff duty.

5.       The field staff is required to carry packed lunch and boiled water
so that to avoid unwanted sicknesses and to maintain healthy
condition.
 An incentivation shall be provided for the therapist if they provide
high qualitative services as desired by the Organization in the end of
the internship period.
6.       They shall be provided with the permanent job if they are found to
be productive and submissive to the Institution and the Bylaws of the
Institution.
7.       The first two years of service shall be probation and the
permanency shall be declared after the successful completion of the
probation period.
8.       The handsome salary shall be provided during the probation period
which shall be increased and made equal to that of the honorarium
provided by the ministry of social justice as per their norms.
9.       Those Physiotherapist coming into the multiple rehabilitative
services shall be updated with time to time refresher courses or
sensitizations or attending the workshops so that at the field works
they will be trained as multi rehabilitative therapists.
10.      The therapists are not permitted to charge directly or indirectly
any fees from students.
11.      As a common lay down practice of the Institution and the
residential care is followed in a family pattern the services of all
the staffs are considered to be round the clock with due respect for
their personal care also.
12.      Any medical care or health check ups will be taken up with the
best specialist available in the Port Blair will be borne by the
Institution at their own expenses.
