When I leaf through IRCTC today, I could find the booking facilities
for person with disability. Really great. In the Plan my travel
page there is checkbox I'll book in handicap concession and we have
to check it to book concessional ticket. And in the page the list of
train appear,

what i understand from so far development is that this is under
consideration and soon the action plan would be announced officially
from the indian railways followed by IRCTC.
