I tried these methods but still I cannot get my In box.
When I click on mail box it says mail, that's it. It does not move further.

Hello friends,
I am opening my Yahoo account after 6 months, the account opens but I
am unable to open my in box. I am finding lots of advertisements in my
link list, but when I press i to get my in box it says images. There
is no sight of In box any where, friends I would like to know how to
either press alt + 2 or keep on hitting B till you hear Check mail
button. u can also skim by heading levels by pressing h.. hth
