First check you are in old or new regime.
if you are in new regime, nothing to do.
If you are in old regime, there you can save standard deduction of
50K, conveyance exemption of 38400, also you can opt for HRA exemption
along with sec 80U.

I think your manager has counted you in the new tax regime. Section
80-u exemption is not available in the new tax regime. There was an
option to reverse in to the old tax regime but that deadline has been
closed. Did you check your form 16?

provided me exemption from 80 U and has taxed for the same. Now, if my
total income is suppose, 7.27000, how should I add exemption from 80U?
