My experience with itel also was like that.
However, some are saying some itel model is fully speaking.
Anyway, needed it for my sister who is nearing sixty.
So, would be good if any basic fully speaking phone is suggested.
In the mad rush for more features, we are leaving behind
and
simple.

Have heard that itel 7100 or 5613 or 5233 are talking basic phones with keypad?
Do they speak out all menus?
