Vasu,
I think it exists only for cars specially designed for physically
challenged and not for blind persons owning normal cars. If I'm not
wrong, the rule states that the car should have a board that it is
driven by a physically challenged. Checked it sometime ago for a
friend. don't know
Hello all,
I understand some states provide exemtion in Road tax for owned cars to
Blind and visually impaired. Does anyone if Karnataka has any such
provision?
Many thanks,
Vasu
