Hi Shahdab Bhaiya, I normally use jaws on a rate of 65- 70%. though I love to finish my work early but I keep following tips handy. 1. use headphones when it is noisy. 2. I am not in any competition therefore, if the document contains a lot of difficult words I reduce the speech rate all together.
