Dear friends,
If you are in service and attending the IBPS interviews from tomorrow,
make sure you carry your original N O C from your present employer. I
have just been informed by one of our friends working for a bank that
this is taken very seriously by IPPS and there are no relaxations.
So,
yes, N O C is compulsory for government employees. I don't know about
private sector employees.
it's good that I've got the same from my bank to attend IBPS
interview. hope other employees also might have got N O C till now
from there present employers.

IBPS never said private employees should have NOC. only government job
people and public sectar employees including nationalised banks.
its not posible for private company employees to get this certificate.
management mostly wont give and make it a big issue if they come to
know that the employee
It is good to see visually impaired candidates being treated equally.
The concept of concessions and relaxations has to be replaced by accessibility
and accommodations. Thumbs up to IBPS
