As good as I know going for B.Tech./B.E. requires Maths compulsory.
I have seen people with commerce background taking MCA courses and then
taking the Computer Science career. But I am not sure if the prime colleges
set the requirement for Maths or not as many of commerce students do study

High school and higher secondary math is the foundation for higher
studies in STEM.
Not sure about the eligibility for the admission, but please try to
build the foundation for math before commiting into that.
