education will defeat the access to quality and choice based education
There are already existing models of inclusive education in higher
education.
In my view, having a special University for persons with disability is a
backward step. It would be interesting to know as to who are the members of
this pannel.

I have even heard that a blind school teacher talking math and science
should not be taught to the blind children after 7th grade.
