I would not suggest using a non-standard compiler, especially something
like Turbo C++ or Bloodshed. These kind of badly written software is the
reason we do not have many quality programmers in our country. If you
really want to do serious stuff, you should use a standard compiler such as
GCC.

I personally did not find Turbo accessible. Dev is a lot more
accessible, though there are problems with that occasionally as well.
But, I would suggest you to go with Dev. You can read the output in
command prompt.
