[AI] Problem in downloading mails to MS outlook

HI friends, When I open MS outlook, all the mails are not getting downloaded. At the top of the folders, it's written, last week expanded, yesterday expanded etc. Any process which can be followed to enable MS Outlook download all the mails as soon as I open it? -- G. Vamshi PH Res : +91
